Refund & Cancellation Policy For Humanity Aid

At Humanity Aid, we work hard to ensure that every donation is used immediately to provide food, education, and medical support to those in need. Because these funds are deployed quickly for charity work, we have a clear policy regarding refunds.

1. Donations are Final
As a non-profit organization, all donations made through our website are generally considered non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, the funds are allocated to our active missions (Food Aid, Medical Aid, or Kids Education) to help families as soon as possible.

2. Error in Donation Amount
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you have made an error in the donation amount (e.g., added an extra zero by mistake), please contact us immediately:

You must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of the transaction.

We will review your request and, if the funds have not yet been spent on a project, we will process a refund.

Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s policy.

3. Recurring Donations (Cancellation)
If you have set up a monthly or recurring donation and wish to cancel it:

You can cancel your future donations at any time.
